Q: How do I buy your picks?

A: Visit our purchase pages for Jon Starz of Red Beard. You must have a paypal account with a valid email address. Currently we only accept paypal but we are looking into other avenues.

Q: Do you have an 800/900 number where I can get plays?

A: At this time we only offer our picks through our website thus we do not have an 800 or 900 number to get plays. We are looking into this option so stay tuned for more information.

Q: Where do I find your picks?

A: Use the username and password you chose when you signed up and go to Jon Starz, Red Beard, Totals Club, Prime Time Players, or our Monday Night Bailout login pages.

Or you can use the Username/Password area on the top left of any page to sign in.

Q: The username and/or password won't work?

A: All usernames and passwords ARE case sensitive so please make sure you are entering in the proper username and password. Also, make sure you are logging into the correct club that you purchased. If you have any other problems with logging in please email us @ admin@jonstarz.com

Q: Do you offer guarantees?

A: The simple answer is no. We do not prophesize to know the outcomes of games prior to them starting the game. We simply use the hordes of information out there to make a quality decision.

Q: How do I renew a subscription?

A: You can renew your subscrition by going to one of the following links.

Once on the linked pages:

• Select which sport you would like to renew which will take you a login in page.
  
• At the login page, enter in your login information and click the login button. This will take you to your membership page.
  
• At your membership page, there will be a drop down menu. Select which product you would like to purchase from this dropdown menu, enter in a coupon code if applicable, and click the "Order" button.
  
• From there you will be taken to Paypal where you can complete the transaction.

This method can also be used to sign up for multiple packages and keep the same username and password combination for each. Otherwise, you will have to create new login information for each package.

Q: Are all your clubs monitored?

A: No, all of our clubs are not monitored.
